We'll work together to establish your fitness and performance goals, and establish exactly how we're going to get there through programming and cadence/schedule. You'll receive hands-on training to ensure correct form to reduce risk of injury, improved strength and mobility, and confidence around performance and equipment. Oh, and we'll have a great time doing it.
Not necessarily looking to meet in-person, but wanting guidance in your workouts? This is perfect. We'll work together during an introductory zoom or phone call to establish your fitness and performance goals. Plans will be designed around those bespoke
goals. Plans are designed in 6, 9, or 12-week increments --
whichever best suits you!
